Alternative Format Information

All information about IncludFEST events is available as a word document upon request.

Programme / Activity Descriptions

We have bespoke descriptions about all of our activities grouped by key words: WATCH IT, DO IT, MAKE IT. You can find these descriptions here

Accessible Parking – reserve a place

Some of our events have dedicated parking on site and some events have plenty of free parking surrounding our location. To find out more about accessible parking please email us.

At all of our events we have an IncludFEST HUB which is always staffed where you can come with any query or question. The IncludFEST Hub is marked by a tall 4metre flag with the word IncludFEST on.

There are always at least two accessible toilets on site.

Quiet Space

Depending on the location there are lots of options if a moment of quiet time is required. At our event in Darligton there are lots of natural quiet spaces within the park. At our event in Durham as well as quite spaces throughout the park, we will also have a dedicted area provided by Daisy Chain

Medical services

North East Medical Services are in attendance all day and their location is marked on our event maps handed out on the day.

In the event of a medical emergency please alert our staff so that the on site first response team can get to you as soon as possible. If an emergency services vehicle needs to come on site, medical services and security teams will work together to get a crew to the right part of site by the best route.

Assistance Dogs

Assistance Dogs are welcome on site.
